1. Who we are

SolvPred is developed and operated by Matgenix SRL, (info@matgenix.com), in the context of the AEMELIA EU project (GA n°101137912). Matgenix is the data controller for personal data processed through this service.

3. Third-party services

When you enter a compound name, CAS number, or SMILES, SolvPred may query the PubChem public API (pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) to resolve it to a canonical structure. The query string you enter is sent to PubChem's servers. PubChem is operated by the US National Library of Medicine; consult their privacy policy for details.

4. Data retention

Your account and prediction history are kept for as long as you use the service. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the My account page. Server logs (which may contain your email address) are retained for up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — delete your account and all data via the My account page, or by contacting us.
  • Portability — request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Belgium: Autorité de protection des données).
